Well to make this you would need more then that... But you can still make nice stuff with only photoshop. All those love prodigy deviations were made entirely within Photoshop from scratch. I'll see about posting some more of my old stuff so you can see you can make nice stuff within just Photoshop. I learnt totally on my own through experimentation but most people learn better with tutorials and there are alot of them out there. Just look for abstract tutorials that will teach you stuff like this. Or just play around with filters and such.
